"My daughter started with "keep it simple" learning center at the beginning of the year.  She was continuing to get "In Process" marks at school as opposed to "Mastered" and needed a different way to learn the concepts from the way being taught.  I had heard raving comments about Semple Math from teachers in Dallas and sought a tutor who specifically taught this method."

"I am overjoyed at the progress.  My daughter went from being a year behind  too surpassing her grade level.  The right-brain teaching method matches precisely the way my creative daughter learns.  She especially likes the coloring exercises in the workbooks and the songs that go along with learning the multiplication tables.  Her confidence and abilities are really strong now."

Multi-sensory Math Techniques

Have you considered providing multi sensory math training to the special education teachers of your district?   I am aware of the need for special education teachers to have curriculum that helps their students learn in a different format.   Semple Math© is just that program.   By utilizing right-brain training methods that are easily accepted by any learning challenged students the students’ progress with ease.   This curriculum, if properly taught, is known for exiting students from the resource math room back into the general math classroom.   In keeping with the NCLB guidelines, Semple Math© provides a way for the learning challenged to develop successful strategies for the TAKS and SDAA.

Semple Math© is the teaching alternative for students with dyslexia, learning disabilities and developmental problems.  This program is nationally recognized for simplifying  complicated processes through its extensive use of mnemonics.

The teachers at "keep it simple" Education Center have been tutoring students successfully for the past 10 years.  We have seen remarkable results in our students and their TAKS/SDAA scores.  All of our students from elementary to college have embraced this method of teaching enthusiastically

As the executive director of "keep it simple" Education and Consulting Center, I am experienced in working with learning challenged students. I have 10 years of experience with elementary special education teaching.  I provide specialized developmental training in Semple Math© to educators, along with a certification program for teachers.  Over the years, as a presenter for Semple Math©, I have spoken at math and learning disabilities conferences.  Presently, I am writing new math material and designing pull out lessons for the general education classroom.
